What we collect, and what we don’t
This site exists to book haircuts. It asks for the few details that takes and nothing else.
What the booking form asks for
- Your first name, and your last name if you give it.
- Your mobile number and email address, so the shop can reach you and send your confirmation.
- Anything you type in the note, which is optional and goes to your barber.
- A first name for each extra appointment, if you book more than one person. Also optional.
That is the whole list. There is no account to create, no password, and the site never asks for or handles payment.
Where it goes
Straight to Square, which is the booking system the shop runs on. Square holds the appointment, puts it on your barber’s calendar, and sends your confirmation and reminder. If you have not booked here before, Square creates a customer record with your name, number and email so it can do that.
What Square then does with that record is covered by Square’s privacy notice. Your details are not sent anywhere else. There is no mailing list, no advertising platform, and nothing is sold or shared.
When a booking is refused or fails, the site records that it happened so the shop can spot a problem. Those records carry the time and the barber, never your name, number or email.
What your own browser keeps
Two things, both stored on your device and neither sent anywhere except with a booking you deliberately make.
- Your name, number and email, so you do not have to type them again next time, along with the service and barber you last chose.
- The appointments you book in one sitting, so booking a second person does not mean starting over. This one disappears when you close the tab.
Clearing your browser’s site data removes both, and the site keeps working without them.
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies at all, which is why you have never been asked to accept any. There are no advertising trackers, no social media pixels, and no third-party scripts.
The shop counts page visits, using a tool that sets no cookies and stores no identifier, served from this domain rather than someone else’s. It records that a page was viewed, or that a Book button was pressed. It never records who you are or what you typed.
Changing or removing your details
Your confirmation email carries links to reschedule or cancel the appointment itself. To have your customer record corrected or removed, call the shop on (714) 779-1298 and ask. It is a small shop and a person will sort it out.
If you are in California, you have the right to know what personal information a business holds about you and to ask for it to be deleted. The same phone number is how to do that here.
